The more information you can send in your first communication with us, the quicker we can provide a quote. Please include as much of the below as possible:

• Inspiration images and moodboards

• Pictures of your space

• Dimensions of your space

• Any sketches of mock ups you have done (no judgement on the quality of your drawing skills!)

• Intended use

• Colours and material interests

Following receipt of this information, we can provide an initial design in the form of a CAD model and a first itemised quote. This will be a good indication of the cost of your commission. This process is totally free.

It’s normal for discussions to follow this quote and amendments made based on your feedback. Requoting small changes early in the process is free. If you should wish more than 3 design revisions, especially if big changes are after significant time has been spent on the design, this may incur a design charge of £30 per hour.

Once a design has been agreed, commitment to the project usually takes the form of a 50% deposit with the remainder to be paid upon completion/installation of your project. At this point we will arrange a site visit to get more defined dimensions and to understand any limitations for installation in your property.

You will be invited to the workshop to view material samples and finishes to better understand your final product (we can also post samples and arrange video calls if you are located further afield)

All pieces are made with precision in our workshop located in Sheffield by experienced makers. Throughout the manufacture of your project you are welcome to visit the workshop or photos of the production of the project are available upon request.

This will be carried out by a professional friendly team of experienced fitters who will endeavor to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Once complete, the remaining 50% of the invoice will be due within 30 days. Interest may be charged on late payments.
